From the moment you arrive, our friendly team is ready to welcome you. With ceiling TVs and water bottles available, you will notice straight away that this is a practice that has thought about your comfort before you sit down.

History and Examination
Your dentist takes time to hear about your dental history and your dental needs and goals. Using OPG and CBCT imaging where needed, your oral health is assessed thoroughly and explained clearly before any treatment is discussed.

Diagnosis and Treatment
Treatment is carried out at your own pace, with happy gas, IV sedation, and The Wand available throughout. You leave knowing exactly what was done and with the team on hand for any questions or follow-up care you need.

Dr Shreenivasaraddy Kamaradder (Dr Shree)
Director and Dentist
Dr Shree graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2000 and has spent more than 20 years caring for patients across Toowoomba and surrounds, building QLD Family Dental Centres into the four-location group practice it is today. As a director of the group, he has been central to creating a practice where patients of every age and background feel genuinely welcome and well-supported from the very first visit.
Clinically, Dr Shree has a particular interest in dental implants and corrective laser surgery, bringing focused expertise to two of the more technically demanding areas of general dentistry. His approach is patient-first throughout, and he is known for his friendly, compassionate manner and his thorough, unhurried approach to every appointment. He welcomes patients from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds across the Toowoomba region.
Outside the clinic, Dr Shree enjoys keeping active at the gym and unwinding with music.

Dr Smitha Sajjan Guddeti (Dr Smitha)
Dentist
Dr Smitha graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2013 and has spent more than 10 years developing a broad and considered approach to general dentistry. Warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in her patients, she takes the time to listen carefully and explain each step clearly before any treatment begins.
Her clinical interests lie in restorative and surgical dentistry, and she brings the same careful, methodical attention to a simple filling as she does to a more involved surgical case. Dr Smitha has a particular fondness for treating younger patients and brings the same calm, unhurried manner to children's appointments that she brings to every other visit. She is committed to making every patient feel heard and well-supported throughout their care, regardless of how long it has been since their last dental visit.

Dr Norris Ping Feng
Dentist, Esk
Dr Norris Feng brings a broad clinical background to his work at the Esk clinic. Before focusing on dentistry, he completed a medical degree in China and an enrolled nurse qualification in Australia, giving him a depth of patient care experience that extends well beyond the dental chair. He has been practising dentistry for more than 26 years, including a year in Broken Hill and over two decades across private clinics in Brisbane before joining the team at Esk.
Dr Norris has a particular interest in crown and bridge work and root canal therapy, and remains committed to ongoing education, regularly completing continuing dental education in Australia and overseas. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, making him especially accessible to patients from Chinese-speaking backgrounds across the Esk region and surrounds.
Away from the clinic, Dr Norris has been a member of the Brisbane Northern District Badminton Club for 26 years.

Dr Helen
Dentist, Northpoint
Dr Helen earned her Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours from a Queensland university, graduating with a Dean's Recommendation for Excellence in recognition of her academic achievement. She joined the Northpoint Dental team, bringing that same commitment to thoroughness to general dentistry and extractions for patients across Harlaxton and the surrounding area.
Her clinical focus is in general dentistry and extractions, and she is known for taking the time to build genuine, long-term relationships with her patients. Dr Helen believes that a thorough, unhurried approach to every appointment is what allows patients to feel genuinely informed and supported throughout their care. She brings that same commitment to every visit, whether it is a routine check-up or something more involved, and she is dedicated to ongoing professional development to ensure her patients always receive current, considered care.

Dr Kevin
Dentist, Esk and Westridge
Dr Kevin grew up in South Korea before moving to Australia during high school, going on to graduate with Honours in Dentistry from the University of Queensland. He works across the Esk and Westridge clinics, bringing a calm, considered approach to general dentistry with a particular interest in oral surgery and restorative work.
Patients appreciate the time Dr Kevin takes to explain treatment options clearly and without pressure. He is fluent in both Korean and English, and enjoys connecting with patients from a wide range of backgrounds across Toowoomba and surrounds. Before beginning his dental career, he completed military service in South Korea, an experience that deepened his discipline and calm under pressure. He brings that same measured, attentive manner to every patient he sees, ensuring nobody leaves an appointment without a clear understanding of their oral health.
